Q: Is there an option for the cover to be glossy or matte finish?
A: A matte finish is the standard and only choice for the book cover.
Q: How many pages are included in a StoriedBook™?
A: A StoriedBook™ allows up to 200 pages at no extra charge.
Q: Does my StoriedBook™ have to be 200 pages?
A: You don’t need to fill 200 pages. Although 200 pages is the limit, we understand that every story is unique. With StoriedBook™, you can customize the page count—whether that’s 30, 100, or anywhere in between—to capture your family’s story perfectly.
Q: Are pages black and white or in color?
A: We’re committed to delivering a vibrant and visually captivating reading experience, so your StoriedBook™ includes color pages at no extra cost—ensuring your stories are both engaging and beautiful.
Q: What size are StoriedBooks™?
A: Each StoriedBook™ is crafted in a 6″x9″ size, providing a comfortable, portable format that’s perfect for preserving and sharing your family’s history.
Q: What kind of paper is used for the StoriedBook™?
A: Each StoriedBook™ is crafted with 80# paper of exceptional quality, commonly used for heirloom products, so your family’s stories will be preserved in a beautiful and lasting format.
Q: Is there a word or page limit to a story?
A: Stories have no word or page limits, giving you the flexibility to write as much or as little as feels right for each memory.
Q: Can I include captions with my photos?
A: You won’t be able to add captions directly to photos in the StoriedBook™; however, you can include detailed descriptions in your digital scrapbook, where others can easily access them online.
Q: What side of the book are pictures and text going to be on?
A: Each story in the book has its photos (up to two) on the left page, with the story beginning on the right page.
Q: How many pictures can be on a page?
A: With each printed story, you can include up to two photos. For the digital version, you can add up to 100 media items—photos, newspaper clippings, audio files, and PDFs. When readers scan the story’s QR code in the printed book, they’ll be able to explore all 100 digital items, bringing the story to life with a rich, interactive experience.
Q: Can I include stories written by other people in my StoriedBook™?
A: Of course! You have the option to add stories from group members, making your StoriedBook™ a collaborative collection of family memories.
Q: How do I start creating my StoriedBook™?
A: To begin your StoriedBook™ journey, you’ll need a StoriedBook™ Creator subscription, which includes one StoriedBook™ and a full year of access to StoriedBook™ Studio.
Once you have StoriedBook™ Studio, creating your book is simple.

A: Storied does not offer writing or design services for your StoriedBook™. However, our platform is designed to be user-friendly, making it easy for you to create a beautiful, personalized book.

A: We want your StoriedBook™ experience to be as smooth as possible, which is why the interior layout is set. But don’t worry—you can still add your personal style by customizing the book cover.
Q: How will my story look in the printed book?
A: Previewing your story’s layout for your StoriedBook™ is simple. Save the story, click to open it, and find the three dots in the top right corner. Select “Story Preview” to see how the photos and text will look in print, giving you a taste of the finished book.
Q: How many lines of text will fit on each page?
A: If you’re unsure how much text will fit on a StoriedBook™ page, follow these steps to check. After saving your story, click to open it, go to the three dots in the upper right, and select “Story Preview.” This will show if the text stays on one page or continues onto the next.
Q: Can I preview my StoriedBook™ before it’s printed?
A: Yes, you will receive a digital proof of your StoriedBook™ for review. You can make any necessary adjustments before finalizing your order.
Q: Can I customize the cover?
A: Absolutely! You have full creative control over your StoriedBook™ cover. Add a photo as a full-page or half-page feature, personalize your title and subtitle, and select from 20 unique color options to match your style. Each customization appears in real-time, allowing you to see exactly how your cover will turn out before finalizing it. Make your book truly one-of-a-kind!
Q: How long does it take to receive my StoriedBook™?
A: The process typically takes 4-6 weeks from the time you order your StoriedBook™. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
Q: Can I order multiple copies of my StoriedBook™?
A: Of course! Feel free to select as many copies as you need when you place your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

A: The price of your first StoriedBook™ is included with your StoriedBook™ Creator subscription. If you’d like to create additional projects, each extra StoriedBook™ is available for $79.99.
