How do I turn on or adjust notifications?

You control what emails you get from Storied. Change your notification settings in Settings → Communication.

If you are signed in (manage notifications)

  1. Click your profile picture in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Open the Communication tab.

  4. Turn notifications on or off and choose your preferences (types and frequency).

  5. Save your changes.

What you can control

  • Story activity: comments, mentions, shares

     

  • Group updates: invites and new posts

     

  • StoriedBook updates: order and production emails

     

  • News & tips: product updates, tutorials

     

  • Frequency: immediate, daily, or weekly, where available

     

If you’re not getting emails

  • Check Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.

  • Make sure notifications are enabled on the Communication tab.

  • If you use filters in your email, allow messages from storied.com.
