The Storied mobile app Home Page includes the following features:

Tell a Story and Add a Story
From the HOME PAGE, there are two ways to tell or add a story.
- At the top of the HOME PAGE is a Tell a Story…button. Clicking that button starts the story creator.
- At the bottom right of the HOME PAGE is a + icon. Clicking that button also starts the story creator.
Hints
Curious about what hints Storied has for your ancestors? The Home Page shows a quick view of the most recent hints for several of your ancestors. The hint includes the name of your ancestor and the type of hint they have waiting for you to review.
Recently Viewed
Can’t remember which ancestor you were last researching? With Recently Viewed, you get quick access to the three most recent ancestors you were working on. Just click on the person’s name, and it takes you to their profile. The best part? Your Recently Viewed ancestors can be from any of your family trees at Storied.
Story Feed
Your Story Feed is personalized for you! The stories you see in the feed are your stories and the stories of the people in groups with you and the people you follow. No one else’s feed is like yours! You can even comment and like stories right from your Story Feed.
Notifications
The Notifications Bell lets you know when someone is giving your story some love with a like or comment.
Account Settings
The Account Settings allow you to:
- Edit your profile
- Check your billing settings
- See your active tree (which includes how many people are in the tree)
- View a list of your other trees and select a new tree to view
- View a list of your sponsored groups (these are the groups you are in charge of)
- View Storied’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Tree
Clicking on the Tree button at the bottom of the app takes you to the Tree View of the family tree you were in the last time you visited the Storied mobile app.
Search
Clicking on the Search button at the bottom of the app takes you to the Record Search screen.
Scrapbook
Clicking on the Scrapbook button at the bottom of the app takes you to your Storied Scrapbook, where you can find all your Stories and Media (photos, audio files, PDFs, and newspaper clippings).
Groups
Clicking on the Group button at the bottom of the app takes you to a list of all your groups. That includes Groups where you are the sponsor (or leader) of the group and groups where you are just a member.

Can I view my family tree on the app?
Yes! You can view your tree and even make changes to it from the app.
Can I write a story on the app?
Yes, you can write a story right on the app. You can also read stories others have written and even like and comment.
